The Waldweg Library will be closed on 1 May 2013 (May Day) and 9 May 2013 (Ascension Day) as well as on 19 and 20 May 2013 (Whitsun).
The Waldweg Library will be closed on 13 June 2013 due to the annual library staff outing. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are happy to assist you with any questions you may have about the use of the library and to assist you in finding and borrowing specialist literature.
The majority of the holdings can be taken out on loan for a period of four weeks. The remainder can be taken out on loan overnight or over the weekend (with the exception of periodicals, encyclopedias, and loose-leaf publications).
Literature not available at the Waldweg Library can be ordered by way of inter-library loan or document delivery services.

From the train station
Take the bus line 8 from the train station in the direction 'Papenberg/Stumpfe Eiche' to the stop 'Bühlstrasse'. Keep left towards the traffic lights and Nikolausberger Weg. Then turn right, to reach the Waldweg. The library is located 500m down the road on the right.
From the city centre
The bus line 9 in the direction 'Ostviertel' from the city centre will take you to the stop 'Waldweg'. Then turn right, to reach the Waldweg. The library is located 500m down the road on the right.

From the motorway A7, take the exit 'Göttingen Nord', and follow the feeder road to Hannoversche Strasse. There you turn right towards 'Stadtmitte'. Continue on to Kreuzbergring and turn left. Continue on until you reach the third cross roads, and turn right into Waldweg. The library is located on the left.
